Slam Poetry

Loss

We all know what it's like to lose a loved one,
Whether it is a person a pet,
We all know how it feels,
Its like you loose a part of you,
It feels like you will be scarred for life,
It's a horrible feeling and,
It's hard  for dealing with it,
It may take a while,
But you will always be,
Able to push through it,
It's hard to talk about it without,
Getting upset
No matter how long ago it happened,
It's a struggle to sleep,
Because,
Everytime you close your eyes,
You can just picture them,
When you open your eyes,
You can't stop thinking about them,
Loss

It's soooo hard

We have been writing slam poems that are about really emotional things.

The Battle Of Mametz

We have been working on The Battle Of Mametz. We had to make posters about all the information we could find. Here is a photo of me and my poster wearing a real hat from war and a coat.
